Onboarding time depends on the size of the laboratory and the extent of the implementation (one lab vs. enterprise). For a medium-sized hospital laboratory with 300 to 400 beds, our typical implementation usually takes around 2 to 3 business days.

Prior to conducting onboarding and training at your lab, we need you to provide us with a current list of your products containing basic details such as names, catalog numbers, and par levels. This will allow us to create a database in advance. We will schedule an onsite visit where we will work with you to create a baseline inventory.

As part of the onboarding, you will designate a liaison from your laboratory who will collaborate closely with our team. This liaison will serve as the primary point of contact between your lab personnel and Lab Symplified, and will also act as a subject matter expert capable of addressing basic queries about the software, as well as contacting Lab Symplified for additional support if required.

It depends on your organization’s procurement process. Once you decide to implement Lab Symplified software, we request that you provide a contact from your IT department. Wewill then collaborate with them directly to meet their needs and requirements.

We will recommend specific models based on your requirements and suggest vendors where you can purchase them directly. Alternatively, we can purchase them and bill you accordingly. In some cases, your existing barcode scanners and label printers can also be used.

Note: Label printers might not be needed for your laboratory if you do not need label generation functionality from Lab Symplified.

Depending on the number of departments and the size of the lab, the need can vary. We will provide an estimate after understanding your lab’s layout and your workflow.
